Daniela has engineer background and has a long experience in the industrial property field. She has passed the qualifications for trademark attorney and design attorney in 1999. Since 2007, she is also a European trademark and design attorney.
She is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI) and of the National Chamber of Industrial Property Attorneys in Romania (CNCPIR).
In her current activity, she offers conducts trademark searches, handles trademark renewals and recordal of changes in the juridical status.
