Doina has a degree in Aircrafts-engines engineering from the ”Politehnica” University of Bucharest . She has joined Rominvent in 2012 but has been working in the IP field for more than 15 years. In 2003 she became trademark and design attorney. In 2013, she also qualified as Romanian patent attorney. Since 2007, she is European Trademark and Design attorney.
She is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and activ member of the National Chamber of Industrial Property Attorneys (CNCPIR).
In her current activity, she offers expert advice and assists clients in registration procedure from filing applications till registration of trademarks and designs, she conducts trademark and design searches and handles renewals and/or any changes in the legal status; offers consultancy during protection period to maintain in force trademarks and designs.
Doina has a working knowledge of English.
