Ștefan graduated from the N. Titulescu University of Bucharest – in 2007 – with a BA degree in Law.
He has been working at ROMINVENT since 1995 and as an IP specialist in the Trademarks Department since 2007. In 2011 he attended the industrial property courses organized by OSIM and passed the national examinations for acquiring the quality of Trademark attorney.
In current work, he handles the renewals and any changes in the legal status of trademarks.
Ștefan has a working knowledge of English.
