Alina graduated the Law Faculty of the University of Bucharest and has a master degree in private law and criminal sciences. She has qualified as a trademark patent attorney in 2008 and subsequently as a design and patent attorney.
She is a member of the National Chamber of IP Attorneys in Romania (CNCPIR) and AIPPI.
Her area of practice includes representing clients in administrative proceedings before ROPTO by submitting arguments to overcome the opinions of provisional refusal; filing of oppositions and points of views to the Opposition Division; filing appeals/counter-statements; representing clients before national courts, deals with mediation and negotiations between the parties.
Alina has a working knowledge of English.
