Raluca graduated from the ”Politehnica” University of Bucharest, the Faculty of Engineering and Management of Technological Systems and has a bachelor degree in Engineering and Management of the Production Systems.
She started in 2013 her practice in industrial property matters by working in the Patent Department of Rominvent. She has become a Romanian patent, trademark and design attorney in 2017. Raluca has qualified as an European patent attorney in 2018.
At present, she is a member of the National Chamber of Industrial Property Attorneys (CNCPIR) and of the European Patent Institute (epi).
In her daily work, Raluca files and prosecutes national, European (EP) and International (PCT) patent applications in various fields of technology, in particular mechanical engineering and related areas; she is also in charge of validating European patents in Romania, especially in her fields of expertise; she handles recordal of changes in the juridical status of applicants or patent proprietors in front of the Romanian Patent Office and the International Bureau.
She is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of French.
