Ruxandra is a graduate of the Faculty of Fine Mechanics from ”Politehnica” University of Bucharest. She has specialized in industrial property in the Patent Department of Rominvent since 2009. She attended several courses on patents, trademarks and designs and she completed her studies in the field of patents with the Basic Training Course on European Patent Law organized by the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI), University of Strasbourg.
Ruxandra is an authorized attorney since 2013.
In her current activity, Ruxandra is carrying out procedures relating to applications for patents and utility models or validating European patents in Romania, especially in her areas of expertise: mechanical engineering and related fields; handles recordal of changes in the legal status for Romanian and foreign patents; handles patent renewals in Romania and abroad; patent searches on legal status of holders of industrial property rights; she conducts documentary searches.
She is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of French.
