DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ENFORMCEMENT
The professionals of ROMINVENT's Legal Department will assist you with range of various services in this field, such as:
- building defensive or offensive strategies
- preparing cease and desist letters, conducting negotiations, concluding settlements
- drafting and filing oppositions and appeals
- with ROPTO
- with EUIPO
- assisting and representing in revocation and cancellation proceedings:
- in front of national courts
- in front of EUIPO
- assisting and representing in proceedings for infringement and anti-counterfeiting of IP rights in front of national courts
- advising and representing in respect with domain name registration or dealing with infringements of this right, including disputes failling under the jurisdiction of national or international courts of law or courts of arbitration
- advising and representing the holders whose industrial property rights are infringed online (such as sale of counterfeits, brandjacking etc)
- representing in Customs procedures regarding the monitoring and protection of IP rights
The Legal Department team is formed by legal advisors, attorneys members of Romanian Bar Association and Industrial Property counsels, certified members of the national and international bodies, with excellent legal training and significant experience gained through extensive practice.
